Advices
Champagne is precious and delicate wine, which requires caution, so that your pleasure in drinking it can be more intense.
For best preservation
Every cuvée we sell is marketed at perfect maturity, so you can drink it immediately after purchasing. However, if you wish to preserve it, remember to lay your bottles down, away from direct light, in a place where the temperature is constant (about 10°C) and with high humidity.
Tasting
The ideal serving temperature is between 6°C and 8°C, for champagne to express all of its subtle aromas. Place your bottle in the low part of your refrigerator for four hours, or for 20 minutes in an ice bucket.
As far as service is concerned, it is better to use flutes rather than coupes for glasses - you will admire the ballet performed by the fine bubbles of our champagne and avoid too fast oxidation.
